We are already enjoying our family vacations to the fullest. And that often means that many of us get together to eat, so we have to figure out how to make abundant, rich meals (to leave the pavilion high up) and that they do not complicate us excessively in the kitchen ... so taking advantage of our thermomix cooking with the roasting bag which is wonderful ... we have prepared two lamb legs with a taste of madness !!

For those of you who are not familiar with roasting bags, I encourage you to try them now. It is a fabulous invention for cooking food using the varoma. You will find them in any supermarket (in the aluminum foil area) and you just have to put the meat or fish inside with the dressing you want, close it and steam it in the thermomix. Then we will open it and brown it in the oven in 15 minutes. But the best thing is that we can keep it already cooked in the bag and defrost it whenever we want.
