Wine and olive oil donuts

This time we are only going to use our kitchen robot to mix the ingredients. But the recipe does not end there. Then we have to form with our hands the donuts. So that you can see that it is not complicated, we have prepared a video. You will find it at the end of the recipe.

The donuts are baked. They carry sweet wine, specifically raisin, a wine made with raisins. As you can imagine it is a very sweet wine so, if you do not have it, you can substitute it with another sweet wine (a muscatel It may be a good choice).

The sugar you see on the surface is sugar muscovado. What do you not have at home? It's okay, use brown sugar.

Hello Ascen! Can you tell me what comes out more tender these donuts or the orange and aniseed buns?
    Thanks and regards

      Hello, M Carmen,
More tender, softer, are the anise and orange buns (if you have tried them, they have a bit the texture of mantecados ... a bit, because they do not have butter but oil.
The aniseed ones are firmer, tougher.
      A hug!
