Rosemary meat sauce

Today I present you a recipe of what we would call "help" to leave prepared in the fridge or freezer and ready to consume when we need it. We will prepare a minced meat with vegetables and tomato, but with a delicious touch to Rosemary.

It is perfect to accompany mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes, pasta or rice.

Juicy meat sauce with the aroma of rosemary, low in calories and ideal to take with rice, pasta or potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of mixed minced meat (or whatever you like the most)
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • Carrots 2
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 400 g of tomato paste
  • 50 g of red wine
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of red paprika
  • a pinch of pepper

Preparation

  1. First we put the peeled carrot in large pieces and program 2 seconds, speed 4.

  2. We put the peeled and quartered onions, the pepper and the garlic cloves in the glass. We program 4 seconds, speed 5.

  3. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass and on the lid. We add the oil. We program 10 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  4. At the end of the time, add the minced meat and spices (except rosemary and sugar). We program 10 minutes, varoma temperature, speed, 1 without beaker.

  5. We add the red wine and cook 3 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1, without beaker.

  6. Add the rest of the ingredients, place the cup and let it cook 15 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  7. We already have our meat sauce to drink !!
