Salmon with piperrada

I have to continue to recognize that the steamed fish in Thermomix comes out really good. Plus healthy, clean and comfortable is that it is tasty and very juicy. Today we are going to prepare salmon in piperrada, a healthy option for these hot days.

If you don't have salmon on hand, you can use other fish such as emperor fillets, sea bass, hake, grouper or sea bream.

What is the piperrada?
