Quiche is a wonderful way to make an easy dish in no time. Now you can afford to buy the shortcrust pastry and make all the fillings with their special formula.
In this recipe we have created a combination of salmon, spinach and feta cheese. It is a dish full of ingredients with nutritional properties that will be complemented with egg proteins.
We will place the dough in the mold, we will make the ingredients in a pan and then we will mix it with egg and cream so that it can set in the oven. It is a dish that fits perfectly for a dinner or as an entree.

Ingredients
- 1 plate of approximately 250 g of shortcrust pastry
- 40 g onion
- 40 g leek
- 1 slice of salmon of approximately 150 g
- 60 g of feta cheese in squares
- 80 g spinach
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml of cream for cooking
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Ground black pepper
Preparation
We prepare a circular mold to make the quiche, approximately 24 cm in diameter. We can lightly pour a little oil on its base and sides. Then we place the broken dough on top, stretch it well and place its ends well so that they do not protrude.

Cut the onion and leek into fine julienne. In a frying pan, pour a small splash of olive oil and when it is hot, fry the vegetables. Add the 80 g of spinach and continue frying until they are cooked. We separate.
In the same pan, fry the slice of salmon on both sides. When it is done, we cut it into small pieces and we remove all the bones and the excess skin. We separate.
In a bowl, add the two eggs, the 200 ml of cooking cream, salt and pepper. We stir the mixture well
Add the other ingredients, the salmon, the vegetables and the 60 g of feta cheese. We mix.
Pour the mixture on top of the dough and put it in the oven. We program 180°, with heat above and below. We put it in the middle of the oven and leave it around 40 minutes. Its golden surface must remain.
Once baked, we can serve it hot or warm.
