Today I bring a young proposal for all those who dare with the most modern kitchen. It is about salmon tacos served on a bed of avocado cream. We are going to cook the tacos on the grill for just a few seconds because, being small, they cook very quickly. And for the avocado cream we are going to use the Thermomix that will leave it smooth and perfect.
At the time of serving, I advise you to use a flat source with straight lines. If you have slate do not hesitate to use it. It is clear that it will not add more flavor to the dish but a good presentation will help it taste more.
