An exquisite dish. I will do it right away because I have everything in the pantry, in the supplies for the confinement. Thank you very much and much encouragement to all

What can I substitute for sesame oil?

      1.    Irene Arcas said

Hi Eli, sesame oil is very aromatic and it's hard to find an equivalent substitute. You could add a touch of another vegetable oil that comes from seeds or nuts or if not, directly, you can delete it and replace it with the oil you have at home. Thanks for following us!

The recipe is not well explained at all, the rice has cost a lot to cook well, it was hard, I always make a thermomix recipe for the rice that comes out exquisite and in this way it has been a disaster.

Hello Nuly, what exactly is it that "is not at all well explained"? If you tell me the paragraph or the point that you have not understood, I can explain it to you without problem. What variety of rice have you used? In the recipe we indicate some very specific varieties. The rice, being basmati or jasmine with 12 minutes of cooking, is done al dente perfectly. If perhaps you have used bomba or round rice, or your taste is that it is more cooked, it was just a matter of trying it when it finished cooking it and, if it was hard, that you would have programmed 3-5 more minutes.
What is the thermomix recipe that you follow? So we can see the differences and how best to adapt it.
      Thanks for your comment.
