We liked Ana's recipe so much Cold melon and apple cream I wanted to do this express version in 1 minute: melon, mint and yogurt cocktail. 

It combines very well with a few pieces of crunchy or tender ham, but if it is an ingredient that you do not consume, you can put nuts in its place (walnuts or chopped almonds).

Ingredients

• 500 gr of melon cut into pieces without skin or seeds
• 1 / 2 garlic clove
• 1 Greek yogurts
• 1 bunch of fresh spearmint
• 1 / 2 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch of pepper (optional)
• Serrano ham cut into thin strips tender or crunchy

Preparation

1. We put all the ingredients (except the ham and yogurt) in the glass and crush 1 minute at speed 9.

2. We add the yogurt and program 20 seconds at 3 1/2 speed.

3. We taste and rectify the salt, sugar or pepper.

4. We let it rest in the fridge and cool and serve in individual glasses. Decorate with crunchy ham.
