Sandwiches filled with sausage mousse

This recipe will delight the little ones in the house! Sandwiches filled with sausage mousse. And the older ones too, of course they do. Especially when you have to prepare a snack for friends :). Is quick and easy, besides being very rich.

Sandwich fillings are always the most useful when you have guests at home because you can vary a lot in the presentation (tartlets, vol-au-vents, different types of sliced ​​bread, toasts ...). They are also made very fast, you just put everything in the thermomix, a little mayonnaise and spread cheese and, according to the recipe, other ingredients to grind !! Afterwards, you store it in a tupperware and spread it a few minutes before. Easy peasy!!

We have used the classic cooked sausage, type frankfurter or vienna. But you can use the one you like the most. It is important that it is previously cooked since we are not going to cook it in our recipe.

Ingredients

• 150 g of cooked sausage (frankfurt or vienna type) in pieces
• 100 g of creamy utar cheese (Philadelphia type)
• 40 g mayonnaise

Preparation

1. We put all the ingredients in the glass and crush 1 minute, speed 8. If it has not been well integrated, we lower the remains of the lid and walls and crush again for a few more seconds.

   We remove from the glass and use at our convenience.
