Sautéed Peas with Potatoes. All the flavor of traditional cuisine in a complete and delicious dish that will warm us up at this cold time of year.

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 100 g onion
• 50 g of red pepper
• 50 g olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon thyme
• 500 g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
• Salt to taste
• Saffron threads or food coloring (optional)
• 700 g of water
• 500g fresh or frozen peas

Preparation

1. First, we wrap three eggs in plastic wrap. We put them in the varoma container. We close and reserve.

2. Put the onion, pepper, garlic, oil and thyme in the glass and chop by programming 4 seconds at speed 4. Then, we fry programming 4 minutes, varoma temperature and spoon speed.

3. We place the butterfly on the blades. We add the potatoes, the salt, the saffron or coloring if we have decided to use it and the water. We program 25 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn and spoon speed. We put the varoma in its position.

4. After time, we remove the varoma container and program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn and spoon speed. We introduce the fresh or frozen peas through the mouth. While we cool the eggs, we peel them and cut into slices.

5. We serve hot by placing the eggs on top.
