Sautéed zucchini

You will like today's recipe if you like the vegetable "al dente" since both the zucchini and the leek are cooked for only ten minutes. Bring garlic - do not put everything if you want it to be less strong - and some mint leaves. And if you don't have leek or if you don't feel like using it, put 500 g of zucchini instead of 400.

It can be a starter or a side dish. It can also be used to prepare a warm salad. An example: cook about 200 grams of rice and join it to these bits of zucchini and some cherry tomatoes cut in half. You will have a warm salad of the most original and with a slight mint flavor.

Hello Ascen to make them look good, how long would you have to put in? And to add more liquid, I could add wine, right? Thank you

      Hello M Carmen,
Put them another 10 minutes and try to see if they are how you like them. On the liquid ... yes, white wine is perfect for this dish.
      A hug!
