It's today zarangollo. Do you know this dish? If you are from Murcia or have been there, you will tell me of course. For those of you who have never taken it, I encourage you to try it.
It is made with healthy, simple, rich ingredients and, of course, from the Murcian garden. It's kind of scrambled a base courgettes, onions and eggs. What does it look good for?
Murcians will tell me how you eat it at home but I think it can be presented as a first course or as a side dish in a second.
I do not know if you have already tried this tortillaThat of courgettes… Its flavor reminds me a bit of zarangollo, maybe that's why I like it so much!

From the Martian garden? Hahaha .. Surely the Murcian will be better. Look, I've been to Murcia sometimes, but I haven't had the pleasure of trying it, but I'm sure that as soon as I try it, it will be a fixture at home. A kiss!
You know Esperanza, you have to try it, with zucchini, wherever they come from.
Thank you pretty!
Good, yesterday I did it but it challenged me a little, could it be because I did not use the butterfly? or why did I do it in the old thermomix?
answer me
Thank you
Hello cousin,
It's going to be that ... you have to put throttle and speed 1. This way you can do it perfectly on 21. I hope you like it.
Kisses!
I have made this recipe and it is very tasty. A very easy way to make zucchini and with ingredients that you always have at home
Of course I do, I like it a lot too. Thanks for your comment MªJesús, I'm glad you liked it.

It came out a bit soggy for me that I could fry it a little so give it an egg?
Hi Jessica:
In order not to stain more pots, I would remove the broth before adding the eggs. So we avoid staining the pan 😉
Take care!
Thanks for the recipe, it comes out really good!
I just have one question, why does it end up burning / sticking to the bottom of the glass? I have the TM31, I have followed the recipe to the letter and it has burned the 4 times that I have done it 🙁 I have tried to put some more oil, to stir the bottom with a spatula 2-3 times during the process, and nothing, always burned down ...
See if someone could help me.
Greetings and thank you,
July
Thanks, Julio, for your comment.
I also do it with the 31 ... Maybe it depends on the zucchini, if it has more or less water ... Try to program a few minutes less, to see what happens.
A hug and happy new year!
Hello Ascen, first of all thank you very much for posting the recipe. I just made it and it is very tasty. The only thing and it is not a criticism, as a Murcian that I am, and I would cut the zucchini a little less, and also cook it a little less time, so that the pieces are noticeable a bit longer. Of flavor, very rich.
Congratulations!
Thank you very much, Lola! I have loved your comment and I have included your advice in the "notes" section.
A kiss!!
