Sea bass with baked potatoes with oregano oil

A quick and simple dish for today: Sea Bass with Oregano-scented Baked Potatoes. We will cook some sea bass fillets with oregano oil that we prepare in our thermomix, and we will accompany it with some crispy baked potatoes so they look almost like french fries. Delicious! And all this, with the aroma and taste of oregano.

So that the baked potato They are rich and well cooked inside, we will cook them briefly before in our thermomix. We will cook them for 8 minutes. And from there, well drained in the oven to finish cooking with all the flavor of oregano oil. 

We have chosen sea bass, but it could well be any other fish such as hake, sea bream, sea bass ... your favorite.

The good thing about doing it in the oven is that we will have a combined dish almost prepared at the same time and without staining anything other than the oven source. And it is a good option when there are several of us to eat because that way we would not have to be frying potatoes for so many or we need more capacity for the fish fillets than that offered by the thermomix.

The point here is also in cook the fish just enough. If they are sea bass fillets or similar, with 10 minutes in the oven they have plenty. Otherwise they will be dry and hard. It is also important to season the loins thoroughly so that they are very tasty. In our case, we will use garlic powder, salt, pepper and oregano.
