Express sea risotto

Sometimes it happens to us, time runs out on us and we don't have food. Well, you will see how easy and fast it is to make today's dish. It will not be the best prepared risotto in the world, we will skip a few steps…. but we will have a very rich rice in less than 30 minutes.

We have made a video for you to see. I tell you some things ... It is made with a seafood prepared I had in the freezer but you already know that the better the raw material, the better it will be. The color it has is thanks to the turmeric. If you want it white, you will only have to do without it.

A quick, rich and very easy rice dish to prepare in Thermomix.

Ingredients

• 1 chive
• 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
• 300 g of shellfish (it can be frozen if we defrost it before)
• 320 g of rice for risotto (Carnaroli, Arborio ...)
• 60 g of white wine
• 1/2 tomato peeled and in pieces
• 650 g hot vegetable broth
• 1 teaspoon of turmeric
• Salt (the amount will depend on how salty the broth is)
• Chopped parsley

Preparation

1. We put the chives in the glass, in two pieces. We program 5 seconds, speed 5, to chop it.

2. With the spatula we lower what is left on the walls of the glass.

3. Add the olive oil and program 3 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

4. Add the seafood and / or fish, the rice, the white wine, the peeled and chopped half tomato, the hot broth, the salt and the turmeric. We program 14 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

5. At the end of that time, let it rest for two minutes in the glass and serve immediately.

6. We finish the dish by sprinkling chopped fresh parsley on the surface.
