Seafood and pineapple stuffed eggs

To prepare this recipe we can also use prawns, spider crab, lobster or a mixture of them. We only need about 100 grams that we have left over from another recipe.

Prawns do not have to be cooked, if you have done them salt or grilled and you have left over is a good way to consume them.

Another change you can make is substitute mayonnaise by homemade pink sauce.

To make this recipe it works any kind of pineapple. You can use natural pineapple, also the natural one that is already peeled and even canned.
