Smoked salmon cupcakes with cheese

These salty buns They are shaped like a cupcake and taste spectacular. They are filled with emmental cheese and smoked salmon, and although its texture seems a bit strange, in reality they are going to be bites that you are going to love.

I have tried them hot and cold, and they are better freshly made than cold. They can be decorated at the end with a cream cheese so that they enter much better and are tastier.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 70 g olive oil
  • 60 g grated Emmental cheese
  • 125 g smoked salmon
  • 80g milk
  • 340 g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
  • 2 tablespoons of cream

Preparation

  1. In our Thermomix glass, pour the 2 eggs, the 100 g of wheat flour, the 2 pinches of salt and the 10 g of baking powder. We schedule it during 30 seconds at speed 3,5.

  2. Add the 80 g of milk and the 70 g of olive oil and program for 15 seconds at speed 3,5.

  3. Take the salmon and cut it into small pieces, leaving 25 g to decorate the cupcakes. Add it to the dough together with the 60 g of Parmesan cheese. We schedule it during 20 seconds at speed 1.

  4. We heat the oven to 180° with heat up and down. We prepare a tray to place the capsules of the cupcakes.

  5. We have to get 8 cupcakes. Fill the paper capsules with the help of a spoon. When we have the oven ready, we introduce it at a medium height. Let it bake for approximately 10 minutes.

  6. Clean the glass and add the 340 g of cream cheese together with the 2 tablespoons of cream. We schedule it during 20 seconds at speed 2.

  7. When we have the cream cheese ready, we put it in a pastry bag with a wide and curly nozzle. If we wish, we can let it rest in the refrigerator.

  8. When we have the cupcakes ready, let them cool before decorating them. We take the pastry bag and we will crown it with style, then we will cut some strips of salmon and we will decorate its surface on each cupcake. Ready!
