Smoked salmon with curry, peach and coconut soup

But above all, to make it much more bearable and to get into the kitchen is something of the most pleasant. Let's start this Christmas season with a recipe that I personally LOVE: Smoked salmon with curry, peach and coconut soup. It is a starter 10, exotic, delicate and with very surprising and balanced flavors. If you like different but elegant flavors, without a doubt, this is your recipe.

The ingredients are super easy to find, they are already sold in any supermarket. You can find coconut milk in international food and curry lines, I really like the one that comes in paste that I buy in Asian food stores, but you can also use the one that sell the powder, also in any supermarket in the spice zone.

What you see in the decoration photo is chives and a peppermint oil that I had and that I took the opportunity to put on top to give it this fresh touch. But if you do not have it, I recommend that you put chopped peppermint or chopped chives. And also if you want to put some flakes of salt ... it will give it a delicious touch!
