Green beans in Thermomix

The texture of the creams in Thermomix is ​​unmatched. And that shows in our smooth green bean cream.

We will do this first dish using only our robot. We will prepare the sauce in the glass, cook the ingredients and, finally, we will crush everything to obtain that creaminess that we like so much.

We will use chicken soup but, if you want your cream to be vegetarian, you can substitute a vegetable broth.

Ingredients

  • 40 g of onion in pieces
  • 30 butter g
  • 130 g potato peeled and in pieces
  • 400 g of green beans
  • 500 g chicken broth
  • 50 g of cream for cooking

Preparation

  1. We put the onion in the glass and chop it by programming 3 seconds, speed 5. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  2. We add the butter. We program 3 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

  3. Now we add the potato, the green beans and the chicken broth to the glass. We program 20 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  4. We incorporate the cream and program 1 minute 30 seconds, progressive speed 5-8, holding the beaker.

Notes

You can substitute the meat broth for vegetable broth. So we will have a vegetarian recipe.
