Do you know the soluble cereals? My grandparents used to have them for breakfast and I buy them a few times, as an alternative to soluble coffee. If you have a boat at home and you like its flavor, I encourage you to try this cake.

Like most of the cakes that we prepare in thermomix, this one today is very easy to make and you can take it also the children. If you want another "more adult" you can try this other one, with the aroma of coffee.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 150 g of liquid cream for cooking
  • 10 g of soluble cereals
  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 220 g of pastry flour
  • 1 envelope of Royal type yeast

Preparation

  1. We fit the butterfly on the blades. We put the eggs and sugar in the glass. We program 2 minutes, speed 3 1/2.

  2. We add the cream, the soluble cereals and the olive oil. We program 10 seconds, speed 3 1/2.

  3. Add the flour and yeast and program 10 seconds, speed 2 1/2. We just integrated everything with the spatula.

  4. We put the mixture in a mold of about 18 cm in diameter.

  5. Bake at 170º for approximately 45 minutes.

    Hello, can it be whole wheat flour? It is because normally the pastry flour has yeast and I think that it is still a lot

      Hi Karmen,
      Sure, use that one with wheat. In any case, when I say pastry flour, I do not mean the one with built-in yeast. It is flour that is marketed to make pastry pieces but it does not have anything else, we have to add the yeast.
      In any case, with your flour it will be just as good.
