Spaghetti in Torta del Casar

When you have a cheese Torta del Casar, do not forget this recipe. It is a great way to take advantage of every last piece of cheese and, in addition, you will have an exquisite and very tasty meal.

You just have to be careful not to push the Torta del Casar too much and leave at least 2 centimeters on all the edges. Afterwards, we will introduce some spaghetti inside, we will heat it, and the cheese will melt giving our dish a unique flavor.

Ingredients

• 200 g spaghetti
• 1 Torta del Casar (small)
• 750 g of water
• 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
• salt to taste
• diced turkey breast (optional)
• oregano (optional)

Preparation

1. We put in the glass, the water with the salt and the oil in the glass. We program 7 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

2. We add the pasta through the mouth of the goblet and program the time indicated on its package, 100º, spoon speed.

3. We drain it using the basket or the varoma container and put the spaghetti directly into the Torta del Casar and heat for 1 minute in the microwave at maximum power. We must taste it immediately.

Notes

I put some small cubes of turkey breast, but they are just as good on their own. You can put bacon, serrano ham ... whatever you like the most.
