Spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce with a touch of pesto

Preparation

1. We put the pine nuts in the glass and program 2 minutes, temperature 100º, speed 1. 

2. Add the basil, anchovies, garlic and Parmesan cheese. We shred 15 seconds, speed 7. We lowered the remains and repeated the operation.

3. We lower the remains of the lid and walls again and add the oil and grind 30 seconds, speed 4.

4. Now we add the tomato and the sugar. We program 20 minutes, temperature 100º, spoon speed.

5. We remove the sauce from the glass and add the water and a pinch of salt. We program 8 minutes, temperature 100º, spoon speed. Add the pasta through the nozzle and program 15 minutes, temperature 100º, speed 1, left turn. We test the point of the pasta and cook more minutes if we like them softer.

6. We drain the pasta and keep it warm. Without washing the glass, but if it is dry, we add 20 g of oil and the bacon strips. We program 5 minutes, temperature 120º, spoon speed, left turn.

7. Plating: we serve the spaghetti, the sauce on top and the bacon. Add freshly ground black pepper and oregano (to taste).
