I really like this recipe because it is a different way of taking spaghetti and get a little out of the classic bolognese or carbonara. In this case, we are going to prepare some juicy spaghetti, accompanied by a cheese sauce, some sliced ​​mushrooms and some ham cubes that will give us that little bit of flavor intensity to contrast with the mushrooms.

It is very easy to elaborate and very economic, which in these times, is always appreciated. Also, if the weather is bad or you prefer comfort, you can buy the already rolled mushrooms and the serrano ham in small cubes.

      Hi Fermín, yes, you could use canned mushrooms. Instead of cooking them for 7 minutes, put only 2. If you have whipping cream you can use it and add 100 g more of milk to the recipe. Only milk, I do not recommend it because it would be excessively liquid, you would need something to give body to the sauce, for example, two tablespoons of cream cheese (Philadelphia type).
