And for today ... a pasta with an intense sauce, full-bodied and full of flavor: spaghetti with olive sauce, dried tomatoes and anchovies. And if you like a spicy touch like we do, we can add a cayenne 🙂

It is very easy to prepare, you just have to cook the pasta first and then in 15 minutes we have the sauce ready. It is a sauce with body, with texture in which the different ingredients and their flavors are noticed. So, be careful with the salt, between the olives and the anchovies ... we are well served!
