Ingredients

  • 60 g of broad beans (already shelled)
  • 80 g spaghetti
  • 5 prawns
  • 40 g carrot
  • 60 g onion
  • 40 g of celery
  • 1 generous jet of white wine
  • 15 g olive oil
  • Thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Put 1 liter of water in the glass, heat for 7 minutes, 100º, speed 1. When it is hot, insert the basket with the shelled beans. Program 5 minutes, 100º, speed 4.

  2. Meanwhile, scrape and wash the carrot. Peel the onion and remove the strings and wash the celery. Chop the onion and celery into small squares. The carrot cut into slices and these in half.

  3. Once the beans are cooked, remove them and refresh them. Discard the water and put the vegetables inside the glass with the olive oil. Program 12 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  4. In a pot, cook the spaghetti following the manufacturer's instructions.

  5. At the same time that the vegetables are poached and the pasta is cooked, remove the thick skin from the beans and peel the prawns, also removing the head and intestines. Reserve.

  6. Pour the white wine and put the basket with the shrimp in the glass. Program 2 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1. Remove the basket. Add the peeled broad beans and continue cooking for 3 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  7. Chop the prawns, add them to the vegetables, season and set 1 minute, 100º, speed 1.

  8. Mix the drained spaghetti with the prawn preparation. Sprinkle with a little chopped thyme and serve.
