Spaghetti with spinach sauce

Today's protagonists are the spinach. With them we are going to prepare a very simple sauce for any type of pasta, in this case, spaghetti.

The spaghetti We will cook them in a wide saucepan while we prepare the sauce in Thermomix. At the time of joining both things we will have to add a little cooking water to the pasta so, do not throw it away! Serve the pasta with well-grated paramesan (or another cheese) and some fresh spinach leaves.

You can use this sauce to accompany White rice, fish ... Do not hesitate to add a little water, if the preparation requires it, or to add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients

• 200 g of fresh spinach
• 25 butter g
• 100g milk
• Sal Island
• 320 g spaghetti
• Water for cooking pasta

Preparation

1. We put water in a large saucepan and put it on the fire. When the water in the saucepan begins to boil, add salt. Shortly after we add the spaghetti. The ideal is to cook the sauce while we make our sauce.

2. We put the spinach and butter in the glass of our food processor. We program 10 minutes, 100, left turn, speed 1.

3. When the programmed time ends, we add the milk and program 10 minutes, 100, left turn, speed 1.

4. We add the salt and grind everything by programming 20 seconds, speed 8.

5. We accompany our freshly cooked pasta with this sauce, adding a little cooking water from the same pasta.
