Do you like the long pasta? In today's video we show you how to cook it in Thermomix.

The good thing about this recipe is that spaghetti they will be cooked in the tomato sauce itself. Without a doubt, the positive part of all this is that we will stain the least and, as a consequence, we will have to scrub less.

If you do not find the concentrated tomato, nothing happens, do not put it. If you don't have bacon, use sausage. You can even substitute the bacon for some cubes of cooked ham and you will get a slightly lighter dish.

Ingredients

  • 30 g of Parmesan in pieces
  • 100 g of onion in pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 25 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 200g diced bacon
  • 20 g tomato concentrate
  • 400 g tomato pulp
  • 550 g of water
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 350 g long pasta

Preparation

  1. We put the cheese in pieces in the glass and grate it by programming a few seconds, speed 10.

  2. We remove the grated cheese and reserve it.

  3. Without washing the glass, put the onion, garlic and olive oil in it. We program 5 seconds, speed 5.

  4. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass. We program 2 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

  5. We add the bacon and program 3 minutes, 120º, left turn, speed 1.

  6. We add the tomato concentrate (if we don't have it, we don't add it, nothing happens), the tomato pulp, the smoked paprika and the water. We program 7 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1.

  7. Now add the salt and pepper. We introduce the spaghetti through the nozzle and program the time indicated on the package, 100º, left turn, speed 1.

  8. During that time, as the pasta that is in contact with the water softens, we push the spaghetti with our hands or with the spatula. We can do it with the machine in motion or stop it for a moment to introduce the upper part of the pasta.

  9. At the end of the programmed time, we leave the spaghetti in the glass for one more minute.

  10. We serve the pasta with the cheese that we have grated in the first step.
