Special apple juice

What is promised is debt. Here I bring you the second version of the special orange juice. This time, with a touch of green apple.

The important thing about this is that you keep the idea of the juice making, so that you can adapt it to the ingredients that are in your fridge.

The truth is that I can't tell you which one I like the most ... they are all so good ...

This has been my breakfast Today's exquisite!

Can any fruit be mixed? Always having the orange as a base or you can omit the orange and mix other different fruits: apple and kiwi, peach and melon,…. Etc

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hi Chus. The base is orange, lemon or tangerine (but you need these types of fruits that are the ones that release the juice, you can add them making the combination that you like the most). Then you can change the apple for whatever you want (kiwi, peach, melon, celery ...). What you like most. Lucky!

I have done it and I have many pieces of skin that slip through the basket, will it not be in turbo 3 minutes instead of 3 seconds?

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hello Cicerone, if you do not like the pieces of skin you can pass it through a fine strainer, not through the Thermomix basket. NEVER put 3 minutes, it would be like a puree, it's 3 seconds. Try again! You will tell me.

I have done it and it tastes a bit bitter for my taste, but I think the problem has been that when I put the turbo you do not see the one that has been armed has started to come out through the lid, the vowel has splashed the wall, I had already crushed it enough I have taken it out I have divided it I have crushed it again and I think that it has been crushed too much and especially the shell, you do not think that you have to do half the measures so that it does not happen, and you has happened to someone, thank you

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hello Mar, indeed the bitterness is because you have crushed it too much. By giving it 3 seconds of turbo, the only place it could come out is through the cup, but not through the lid (that means your rubber is defective). It is very important that when you go to press the turbo button you hold the cup with your hand and a rolled kitchen cloth. You will see how not a drop escapes you.

The quantities are fine, what we get with this is the function of a blender. When we cook it, the pieces of skin remain on one side and the fruit juice on the other.

Try it next time with just 3 seconds of turbo. Lucky!
