Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Some coriander leaves (if you can't find it, you can substitute it for parsley)
  • Some mint leaves
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • The juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 egg (we beat an egg on a plate and add half)
  • 1/2 slice of sliced ​​bread previously soaked in milk
  • 500 g of water to steam the meatballs

For la salsa:

  • 25 g of liquid caramel
  • 10 g soy sauce
  • 25 g of cola drink

To batter:

  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. We put the lamb meat in the glass and chop it by programming 20 seconds, progressive speed 5-10. We remove it from the glass and reserve.

  2. We do the same with beef. Remove from the glass and reserve.

  3. Put the garlic, ginger, cinnamon, coriander, mint, sugar, salt and lime juice in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 5.

  4. Now we add the reserved meats, the egg and the sliced ​​bread. We mix 15 seconds, speed 4.

  5. We remove the mixture from the glass and let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

  6. After this time we form the meatballs and place them on the tray of the varoma container. Then we cook them. To do this, we put 500 g of water in the glass, the varoma tray in its position, and we program 25 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1. We can also fry using a frying pan and plenty of oil.

  7. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and bathe the meatballs in it, one by one, then coating them with the sesame seeds.

  8. We can also present them pierced on skewers, first placing a mint leaf.
