This summer has given us by skewers And, following the recipe of my friend Lucía, we have prepared them with chicken marinated with spices.
They are very juicy and with a delicious spicy flavor. But best of all, the marinade is very balanced. You can go noticing or savoring the different ingredients since none stands out from the rest.
I'm sure you're going to love the spiced marinated chicken skewers because it's a very simple recipe. You just have to be careful to prepare it the night before or a couple of hours in advance. The rest is very simple ... do you dare?
Marinated chicken skewers are a very simple recipe where spices play the same role without highlighting one over the other.

Ingredients
1 lime or lemon
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon sesame (and a little more for garnish)
1 tablespoon (for dessert) of La Vera paprika
1 tablespoon (for dessert) ground cumin
1/2 tablespoon (coffee) hot paprika
2 cloves of garlic
50 g of white wine
30 g of olive oil (and a little more for the grill)

Preparation
We wash the lime and grate its skin without reaching the white part. We cut it in half and squeeze.
Add the zest, juice and the rest of the ingredients except the chicken to the glass. We crush during 30 seconds, speed 8.
We clean, wash and dry the chicken. Cut the breasts into cubes of a similar size. We put them in a container and cover with the marinade. We stir well so that all the pieces are impregnated. We cover and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours although I usually leave it overnight.
The next day, we drain the marinated chicken and skewer the dice on the skewers. Heat the grill with a little oil and grill the skewers, leaving them for a couple of minutes on each side.
Remove and sprinkle a little sesame on top. We serve with a salad.
Notes
If we use wooden skewers, they must be submerged in water before skewering the meat so that they do not burn on the grill.
