Saw spinach y mushrooms frozen and immediately I thought of a Risotto. Delicious! Well look, whenever you see that a product is frozen, the weight is of that frozen product (unless the recipe indicates otherwise). But for example, in the case of using frozen vegetables, we weigh them directly frozen from the bag. 🙂 A hug!

How strange that with 15 minutes the rice has been passed, perhaps it is because of the brand of rice or variety, that some absorb more than others ... what brand and what variety did you use?
