Spinach, meat and olive croquettes

spinach-chicken-and-olives croquettes

Today we show you some Croquetas different. They are spinach croquettes, a perfect preparation for the whole family.

If you have bought spinach to make the famous detox shake that Mayra has taught us, you can use a few to prepare them.

Like all croquettes, these too take time. Especially to shape them. But they are a perfect ally when we have them in the freezer ready to fry. Or for baking, and thus we reduce calories. They can get us out of more than one hurry.

I love this recipe. My question is in knowing how I can make them in the oven, since I cannot eat fried foods. Thank you.

      Hi John,
We have to preheat the oven to 180º. We put the croquettes on the baking tray (covered before with baking paper) and brush them with a little oil. We introduce the tray in the oven, at medium height. When they are golden brown they will be ready to eat.
      I hope you like them.
      Take care!

I would precisely like to know the same thing: how do I bake them? It seems to me a delicious recipe but better baked than fried. Thank you.

      Hello Sonia:
Put them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and in the oven preheated to 180º. When you see them golden brown, they are ready.
      I hope you like them.
      A hug, Ascen

Sonia, I forgot ... You can brush them on top with a little oil before putting them in the oven.
      Another hug!

Hello! I have made this recipe, but after a day in the fridge, the dough has become too runny and it was impossible for me to "roll" the croquettes ... How could I fix it? Am I the only one that has happened?
    Thank you so much!!

I would love to be able to make them for my daughter but she is intolerant to milk, is there a way to prepare them without milk? Thanks!!!
