Charcoal (from sponge cake)

Preparation

1. We put the almonds and the orange peel (only the orange part) in the glass and crush during 10 seconds in progressive speed 5-10. We take out and reserve.

2. We now put the peeled carrots in the glass and crush again during 10 seconds in progressive speed 5-10. We take out and reserve.

3. We fit the butterfly on the blades. We put the sugar and eggs in the glass. We program 3 minutes, speed 3 1/2.

4. We remove the butterfly. Add the flour, salt and yeast. We program 6 seconds, speed 4.

5. We add to that mixture the ground almond with orange peel and the grated carrot that we had reserved at the beginning. We mix by programming 6 seconds, speed 4. We just integrated everything with the spatula.

6. We put the mixture in a rectangular mold, of plum cake.

7. Bake at 180º for 50 or 60 minutes, until cooked.
