El sponge cake two creams It is an original sweet and nothing complicated if we have Thermomix. In it we will prepare the creams and also the cake dough. We will do it in no time and without complications.

Once we have the three preparations, we will only have to put them in the mould. We will put the creams by spoonfuls, so as not to complicate ourselves. And then ... baked. Find a large mold, at least 28 inches in diameter. I sometimes do it in a rectangular one, as if it were a coca.

Give it a try because, for how simple it is, it looks great.

A juicy sponge cake with two different creams. Try it cold, it's delicious.

Ingredients

For the creams:

  • 80 g of sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 500g milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Vanilla or vanilla aroma
  • 25 g of bitter cocoa powder

For the cake batter:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 130 g of sunflower oil
  • 100g milk
  • 1 envelope of baking yeast

Preparation

  1. We start by preparing the creams. We put the sugar, the vanilla (it can be a few drops of vanilla aroma or, better still, the 1/4 pod seeds) and the flour in the glass.

  2. We program 10 seconds, speed 9. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  3. We add the milk and the eggs. We program 7 minutes, 90º, speed 4. We put half of the cream in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap.

  4. To the cream that has remained in the glass we add the bitter cocoa and program 10 seconds, speed 4. We put the cocoa cream in a bowl and reserve.

  5. We put the flour, sugar, eggs, oil and milk in the clean glass. We program 30 seconds, speed 5.

  6. We add the yeast and program 10 seconds, speed 4. We put the cake dough in the mold (which we will have previously greased) and, by tablespoons, the creams. We can also put a little of the cake dough at the base of the mold, then the creams, by spoonfuls, and then cover the creams with the rest of the cake batter.

  7. We bake at 170º for 60 or 70 minutes.

Notes

If you do not have vanilla, you can do without this ingredient. It must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed cold.
