Sponge cake with an orange and olive oil

Sunday is always a good day to prepare a cake. Today's is done with a whole orange, with skin, that's why I recommend that it be from organic farming. We will put it in small pieces in the glass and then our Thermo will be in charge of crushing it.

It also takes olive oil, easier to get today than the sunflower. 

And for the surface I have not complicated myself. I have only put a couple of tablespoons of sugar before introducing the cake in the oven.
