Sponge cake with hot milk

Today's is a simple cake and valid for any occasion. We can even use it to make cakes since it is completely flat, without a pompadour. 

In the video you will see that I have made a neutral one, without flavoring. But you can add vanilla (it is best to use the seeds of a small piece of pod) or even flavor it in a natural way, putting lemon or orange peel (without the white part) with the milk.

The milk that we add to the cake does not have to be boiling so, if you decide flavor itIt is better that you do it beforehand so that when you put the milk in the glass it has the correct temperature.
