Today's is a simple cake and valid for any occasion. We can even use it to make cakes since it is completely flat, without a pompadour. 

In the video you will see that I have made a neutral one, without flavoring. But you can add vanilla (it is best to use the seeds of a small piece of pod) or even flavor it in a natural way, putting lemon or orange peel (without the white part) with the milk.

The milk that we add to the cake does not have to be boiling so, if you decide flavor itIt is better that you do it beforehand so that when you put the milk in the glass it has the correct temperature.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 170 g of sugar
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 envelope of yeast type Royal (16 g)
  • 120g milk
  • 50 g of sunflower oil

Preparation

  1. We put the eggs and sugar in the glass. We program 37th, 8 minutes, speed 4.

  2. We take advantage of this time to heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat, without boiling. 

  3. We sift the flour and yeast

  4. After 8 minutes we open the lid and add the sifted flour and yeast. Schedule 10 seconds, speed 3.

  5. We put the machine in speed 3 1/2, we place the beaker and gradually add the milk and oil.

  6. We prepare a mold of 22 centimeters in diameter, greasing it if necessary. We put our mixture in the mold.

  7. Bake at 180º, heat up and down for approximately 45 minutes (we can put aluminum foil on the mold if we see that it browns too much).

    Another option is to bake it at 160º, ventilated oven, for 1 hour.

  8. In both cases, at the end of the time, we turn off the oven and leave the cake in it for another 10 minutes.

Notes

Baking is always a delicate subject since each oven is different. The recipe gives an orientation of times and temperature for both static and ventilated ovens.
