They are very easy to do because the cream cheese is made in less than 5 minutes. The rest is as simple as spreading the slices of bread and giving it the shape of ghosts.

Ingredients

  • 150 g of semi-cured cheese
  • 150 g cheese spread
  • 100 g of blue cheese
  • 120 g of cream for cooking
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 24 slices of sliced ​​bread

Preparation

  1. We put the semi-cured cheese in the glass and grate it for 10 seconds, speed 8.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 1 minute, speed 5.

  3. We lower the cream cheese that has stuck to the walls towards the blade and crush during 1 minute, progressive speed 5-7-10.

  4. We cut half of the slices of bread with ghost-shaped cookie cutters.

  5. The rest of the slices are spread with the cream cheese. We place the cutter on top of one of them and, before cutting out the shape, we place one of the ghosts as if we wanted to form the sandwich inside the cookie cutter.

  6. Next, we press the cutter towards the work table and separate the excess parts of the slice of bread with cream.

  7. To finish, we just have to remove the sandwich from the cutter but it comes out very well. For the narrower parts we can help ourselves with a stake.

  8. We repeat until we finish with all the slices.

  9. We place the sandwiches on a tray and serve.
