I never thought these calamari could be so good. Really, frankly surprising. The salsa has a Smooth flavor but very original and tasty. I totally recommend it. On Fridays we usually go home to eat, but we arrive a little late, so I like to leave me a meal already prepared that is warm and ready. And it occurred to me to leave these squid already prepared and, what a success, they were a success.

Delicious squid made with cream sauce and a very original touch of whiskey. Perfect to accompany French fries, cooked potatoes or white rice. Ideal to leave prepared from one day to the next.

Ingredients

A sprig of fresh parsley
250 grams of onion
100 g of the white part of the leek
75 grams of olive oil
600 grams of fresh squid cut into strips or slices
75 grams of whiskey
50 grams of cream
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of ground white pepper

Preparation

Put the parsley, onion, leek and oil in the glass. Program 5 seconds at speed 4.
Then schedule 15 minutes, 100º, spoon speed.
Add the squid and program 10 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, in speed 1.
Add the whiskey and program 3 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, in speed 1 without the beaker to promote the evaporation of alcohol.
Add the cream, salt and pepper and program 15 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1.
Check that the squid are tender. If not, program a few more minutes at the same temperature and speed.
