Steamed bread with poppy seeds. Another way to enjoy the flavor of always with a different cooking method

Ingredients

• 150 g of mineral water
• 1 sachet of baker's yeast (5 g) or 15 g of fresh yeast
• 250 g of bread flour
• 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
• 1 tablespoon of salt.

Preparation

1. First we mix the water with the yeast. We introduce both ingredients in the glass and program 2 minutes, 40º and speed 2.

2. Then, we pour the flour, the poppy seeds and the salt and knead by programming 2 minutes y 30 seconds at spike speed.

3. While kneading, prepare a dish that will fit in the varoma container. We grease it with a little oil and reserve.

4. Once we have the dough, we place it on the plate and cover with a cloth for an hour until it doubles in volume.

5. After that time, we add 1 liter of water to the glass. We place the varoma container with the plate inside. We cover it and program 45 minutes, varoma temperature and speed 1.

6. Uncover carefully not to burn ourselves and place the bread on a rack until cool. Once cold we cut it into slices and we can enjoy it.
