Stewed beef with quince and apple

Let's prepare stewed beef with the sweet touch of the fruit. The quince and apple that we are going to use practically fall apart and give rise to the sauce.

I have served this stew with a garnish of White rice, but it is very good if we accompany it with couscous or even with some potatoes.

What do you not have quince? Nothing happens, you can replace it with more apple.
