Hello Elena, smoothies and juices should be taken almost immediately, at most, you can keep them in the fridge for a few hours ... but overnight the fruit oxidizes and the flavor it leaves is not very rich, besides the vitamins and the properties have worn down a bit… So it's normal that it didn't taste so good the next day. It almost pays to make less or more than freeze it and then have it like a frozen sorbet 🙂 Thanks for writing!
