Delicious, precious, tasty, irresistible and very refreshing. that's ours strawberry lemonade, an ideal drink for these hot days, to keep us hydrated, to continue taking care of our weight and to continue enjoying new ways of eating fruit on a daily basis.

This strawberry lemonade couldn't be easier to prepare: lemon, sugar or sweetener, strawberries and water. And if you like (for me it is essential) a refreshing touch of mint. Our Thermomix takes care of the rest. A few turbo blows and in a matter of seconds we have our drink ready to enjoy.

Strawberry lemonade, an ideal drink for these hot days, to keep us hydrated, to continue taking care of our weight and to continue enjoying new ways of eating fruit on a daily basis.

Ingredients

• 150g ripe stemless strawberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1000 g of very cold water
• 2 unpeeled lemons cut in half and washed well
• 2 sprigs of fresh mint
• 3 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener to taste
• 8 ice cubes

Preparation

1. First put the strawberries in the glass and blend 5 seconds, speed 7. 

2. Add the water, lemons, mint and sugar or sweetener.

   We hold the beaker well with our hand, and we select turbo function 2 seconds, 1 time. 

3. We open the machine, place the basket inside (as a strainer) and holding it well we pour the lemonade into a jug with ice.
