      I think so, do the test taking into account the recommended amount of stevia for that amount of sugar.

      I think so, what's more, I think it will be great. You will see the amount that comes out, but maybe you should do two batches and leave the second in case someone wants to help themselves a little more to accompany.
      To make sure it unmolds well, what you can do is line the mold with greaseproof paper.

    EXQUISITE !! I made it yesterday to accompany a cheese Flan that I made for Father's Day and I can only say that we loved it. I have a little left over and I will mix it with a natural yogurt!
