The ideal recipe for this Christmas: stuffed chicken cut into thin slices. The perfect starter for snacking dinners with the family or cocktail type.

Ingredients

  • 100 gr of thinly sliced ​​bacon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 very thin chicken or turkey breast fillets
  • 4 slices of York ham (sausage type)
  • 4 slices of emmental / cheddar cheese / or whichever you like the most
  • 600 gr of water for steam

Preparation

  1. We spread half of the bacon superimposed on transparent film. Season the breast on both sides and place it on top of the bacon but in the opposite direction (we only cover 1/3 of the bacon slices). We put 2 loaches of york ham and 2 of cheese on top of the chicken breast.

  2. We wrap using the transparent film to form a very tight roll and close as if it were a candy.

  3. We make the other roll the same and put them in the varoma container. We pour the water into the glass and program 30 minutes, speed 1, varoma temperature.

  4. When the time is up, we remove it from the glass and let it rest for 10 minutes. We let it cool down and cut it into slices.

Notes

Do not cut it hot, only cold. That is why it is essential to do it in advance. You can accompany it with mayonnaise or ali-oli sauce. You can also freeze it with the transparent film when it has cooled down.
