Ingredients

40 g oil
200 g shiitake mushrooms
75 g of Philadelphia cheese
1 teaspoon truffle oil
1 tablespoon chopped chives (plus a little more for garnish)
Juice of 1/4 lemon
6 boiled eggs cut lengthwise and with the yolk removed (I leave you here the recipe)

Preparation

We put the garlic and oil in the glass and crush 5 seconds, speed 6. We lower the remains of the lid and walls and repeat the operation.
Add the whole shiitake mushrooms and chop 4 seconds at speed 3 1/2. And now we cook 10 minutes, 120º, spoon speed, left turn.
We add salt, pepper, the yolks of the boiled eggs, the Philadelphia cheese, the truffle oil, the chives and the lemon juice. We mix 30 seconds, speed 3.
Fill the eggs with this preparation and serve immediately.

Notes

This dish is perfect to drink warm or warm. You can leave it prepared in advance and assemble them at the last minute with the ingredients slightly heated in the microwave.
