Summer juice for the skin

Summer juice for the skin with orange, carrot and celery

We are about to enter the summer and before the beach and pool time nothing like a good summer juice for the skin based on orange, carrot and celery.

This juice provides us with nutrients that our skin will appreciate such as vitamin C, E or carotenes with antioxidant that protect our cells from free radical damage. Nor can we forget the diuretic properties of celery.

With the heat you feel like having juices, smoothies or shakes and with Thermomix preparing them is simple. So in addition to hydrating we will be taking care of ourselves.

The homemade juices we can make them to our tastes. So do not hesitate to add a little more water until you get the density that you like the most. You can even use sparkling water. In that case, blend first for 2 minutes and then add the sparkling water when serving.

Also interesting is the subject of sweeten drinks. For this summer juice for the skin I have not used sugar but if the orange is very acidic you can use whole sugar, xylitol, agave syrup or stevia.
