It is used for everything, for meat and fish, but I suggest you try it with hamburgers. A good bread, our homemade hamburger, some slices of natural tomato, some lettuce leaf and this leek in bittersweet which is going to make that big bite even more irresistible.

Ingredients

40 g of extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
200 g leek
8 g of balsamic vinegar (1 tablespoon)
2 g coarse salt (1/2 teaspoon)
5 g cane sugar (1 teaspoon)

Preparation

We put the oil and garlic in the glass. We program 2 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.
At that time we chop the leek, cutting it into slices. After those two minutes we add the rest of the ingredients (the leek, the vinegar, the salt and the sugar) and, with the cup in its position, we program 10 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.
Now we remove the cup and re-program 10 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.
We put the basket on a bowl and pour everything in the glass into the basket. This is how we will remove the oil.
We serve and… enjoy!
