Sweet fries with beet mayonnaise in airfryer

We continue to fully feed our section of air fryer, and today we bring you some delicious sweet fries with beet mayonnaise. Do you remember the beet mayonnaise What did we prepare the other day? Well, we have used it to accompany this fabulous sweet fries recipe, which is nothing other than strips of babata or sweet potato cut like French fries. Furthermore, when preparing them in an airfryer they are much less caloric.

Delicious sweet fries or sweet potato sticks, prepared in an air fryer and accompanied by a spectacular beet mayonnaise sauce. This dish will not leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients

• 2 large sweet potatoes
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 pinch of black pepper
• 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pasta spices (e.g. oregano, sundried tomatoes, chili powder...)
• 2 large tablespoons of olive oil
• beet mayonnaise to taste

Preparation

1. Preheat the airfryer to 180º.

2. In a bowl we add the sweet potato cut into sticks (as if they were French fries). Add the ingredients for the dressing: pasta spices, salt, pepper, oil, garlic powder and onion powder.

3. Bake in the air fryer, moving them every 5 minutes until golden, approximately 15 minutes at 180º.
