This recipe is simple to do so, you just have to lightly poach the leek and onion and cook them with the rest of the ingredients. Like all creams, this one is also ideal to eat well without getting mixed up in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 100 g leek
  • 50 g onion
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 70 g carrot
  • Manzana 1
  • 150 g of potato
  • 550 g sweet potato
  • 800 g of water
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee size) turmeric
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • Nuts (optional)
  • Celery leaves (optional)

Preparation

  1. We prepare the vegetables by cleaning the leek well, scraping the carrots and peeling the onion, apple, potato and sweet potatoes.

  2. We put the leek and onion cut in large in the Thermomix glass and chop during 5 seconds, speed 5. We lower the pieces towards the blades.

  3. We pour the oil and program 5 minutes, 120º, spoon speed.

  4. Add the carrot, potato, sweet potatoes and chopped apple. Add 800 g of water, salt and pepper and cook for 25 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.

  5. Next we add the turmeric and grind everything together for 1 minute, progressive speed 5-7-9.

  6. We distribute the cream in bowls and finish decorating with some nuts and some washed celery leaves.
