Tangerine cake with crunchy topping

divine this Tangerine cake! Easy, simple and full of flavor. It also has that texture so "village cake"... and that crunchy topping with sugar… pure delight! It is also perfect for this time of year and use some tangerines that we already have a little too ripe...

          Hello José, it is a plum cake mold of approximately 23cm x 13cm, but you can put it in the mold that you like the most. Just remember that if it's high, you'll need more time. If it is longer and the cake has less height, you will need less baking time. 🙂
