Teriyaki sauce

Who does not know teriyaki sauce? Dark, bright and with a penetrating flavor that serves to season meats or vegetables. It can also be prepared at home with this simple recipe.

At first the ingredients may seem strange to us but if you like the Asian cuisine surely you are familiar with tamari, mirin or sake.

Tamari is pure soy sauce, without wheat, fermented only with water and salt. And since it does not contain gluten, it is suitable for celiacs. If necessary, it can be substituted for normal soy sauce. Mirin is a low-alcohol rice drink with a slightly sweet taste. And sake, which is also derived from rice, is one of the quintessential alcoholic beverages in Japan.
